Sonal Chauhan has built a
fashion identity around versatility, moving between luminous Indianwear, dramatic evening dressing and increasingly assured contemporary tailoring. Her wardrobe can shift from a delicate ivory organza saree to a deep burgundy velvet gown or an oversized pinstripe suit, yet the styling rarely feels disconnected from her established image.
Her most recent public appearances in 2026 make that range particularly clear. At the Mirzapur: The Movie trailer launch, she chose a sheer ivory-white organza saree with gold detailing and a relatively restrained styling approach. At the Grazia Fashion Awards earlier in the year, she took a much sharper route in a grey pinstripe suit with strong shoulders, wide-leg trousers, a red
shirt and matching tie.
The interesting part of her fashion journey is not simply the variety of clothes she wears. It is how she uses silhouette, fabric, neckline, texture and proportion to create very different versions of glamour.
