Ananya Panday arrived at a Piaget event in Mumbai wearing a copper-toned gown whose curved, ridged surface catches light differently with every turn.
The piece is the 'CADENCE' gown from Rahul Mishra Couture's Fall 2026 collection, its title hinting at the rhythmic lines built into the fabric itself.
Every ridge is embroidered, not draped. Rahul Mishra's single thread technique builds each millimetre by hand, turning what reads as carved stone into worked thread.
A plunging neckline runs the length of the bodice, edged in the same coiled embroidery that shapes the rest of the gown, keeping the deep cut anchored rather than bare.
On her wrist sits Piaget's Limelight Gala Precious Rainbow watch, a rose gold and diamond piece priced at Rs 1.66 crores, paired with a matching rose gold strap.
Her sandals are the Dalilah Animalier style, done in satin with hand-applied rhinestones, a stiletto heel and a woven T-bar ankle fastening reimagined in leopard print, priced at Rs 1.6 lakhs
Hairstylist Rahul Mishra shaped her waves, while makeup artist Tanvi, assisted by Pooja Rajput, completed the beauty look that framed the gown's neckline.
Photography is credited to Sasha Jairam, with styling by Priyanka Kapadia Badani and Iram Halai, the team responsible for pairing the Rahul Mishra gown with Piaget jewellery.
